After decades spent in the automobile insurance arena managing direct repair shops and handling estimates, Charles is Blue Willow’s “dot the I’s and cross the T’s” guy. He keeps our paperwork in order, handles proposals and is our customer care specialist. He thoroughly enjoys speaking to people, helping businesses, small and large, and has never met a stranger.
Charles is also the Owner and Managing Editor for a small local monthly paper, The Smokey Mountain Shopper’s Guide. With a distribution of 10,000 copies a month, it helps promote local businesses and events in the tri-state area of North Georgia, Eastern Tennessee and South Western North Carolina. It is his passion to help businesses build a customer base and contribute to the local economy.
